I tell them, straight up, in plain English, no “code” or sidestepping what I’m really saying, that it’s one fuck. I offer absolutely nothing more, and they accept. But women have a specific order and purpose to everything they do. It shouldn’t eat at me when another woman discovers her plan didn’t work, and surprise, she isn’t the one “different” enough to change me.
You want to be the lady worthy of a call the next day, flowers, a ring? Then don’t ride the dick until you get at least one of them. And if you do jump on—gyrating and grinding in what you’re just certain is some mystical, “He’s never had it so good before” kind of way, and it doesn’t work—don’t blame anyone but yourself. Who was really trying to manipulate who?

So I was lucky enough to beta read for Pretty Remedy and let me just say how honored I was to be apart of the process of this amazing book. Rhett captured my heart in Pretty Instinct and has remained there ever since. So getting the opportunity to be apart of his story coming to life was a very awesome experience. This is not your run of the mill band book, this book will have you laughing out loud, growling in frustration, and fanning yourself. Rhett is everything a man should be in my opinion with his dirty mouth to the beautiful songs he writes. Now Reece that girl is full of sass and I just love her. I think she has become one of my favorite female characters to date. This entire story with have you clutching your kindle, in hopes it won't ever end. Two words DRUM KIT. Read this book and you will understand what I mean and let me tell you (fanning myself ;)). Yet another must read by one of my very favorite authors SE Hall!
